Hotel Wyndham, near the airport, beats them all for service, smiles and suites, in Costa Rica
Here's a travel tip for you. In Costa Rica, there is a hotel, about 3 minutes from the airport, at San Jose, called the Wyndham. This hotel has 3 restaurants, 3 swimming pools, executive business centers, conference rooms, a convention center, a Hard Rock Café (the biggest in the entire region) and a lot of nice people. Plus it has an independent bakery, 3 kitchens, the nicest convention center in the country and there is a fellow that constantly walks around the place watching. He is everywhere. If something happens that you don’t like he is apt to say: “Just tell me if you need anything, I know the owner.” He IS the owner, and Issa Ladha does what he says. When he learned that hotel guests had flight cancellation issues from American Airlines, he personally went to the airport and talked AA into giving his hotel guests new First Class tickets at no additional charge. Issa is one of those guys like the Eveready Battery bunny…he just never stops. Issa is the sort of fellow who makes things happen, and makes people act. One moment a guest might be simply looking at the hotel, the next moment, like in the photo, Saneh and Issa were hugging a hotel guest, Deepak Chopra, author of 80 books and 22 NYTimes best sellers.
Costa Rica is a nation with enormous beauty, friendly people and luxury hotels, like the Wyndham Hotel, that Issa owns. It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words, so just take a look at a few of the thousand word photos:

What can we say? We of Global Perspectives have traveled around the world dozens of times, and critiqued over 100 hotels. But have rarely experienced the pleasure, service, and beauty, available to all guests at Issa’s Wyndham Hotel, in San Jose, Costa Rica. When you arrive there, they know you by name. Be sure and ask for the man “who knows the owner”, Issa Ladha, IS THE OWNER.
