Taliban Shoots Malala, a school girl in the head, (Taliban Shoots Taliban in Foot)

14-year-old Malala Yousufzai who tweeted "I have the right to go to school" when Taliban kept girls out. "The Koran doesn't say girls can't go to school..." She wrote.

Malala, a 14 year old school girl in Pakistan tweeted: "I have the right to go to school, the right to play, the right to sing, the right to speak, the right to go to market."

Then she wrote about her school friends who were afraid to speak out: "What will you tell God on the day of judgement, when he asks you 'Where were you when the Taliban told you that you could not go to school because you were a girl, that they would close your school, or kill you. Use your voice and speak out".

Later she said: "Education is the key to getting us out of the terrorism of theTaliban."

This week,Taliban thugs stopped her school bus, climbed aboard and shot her twice, once in the head. This act has turned the school children, parents and teachers of an entire nation against the Taliban. They by shooting her in the head, have shot themselves in the foot.

To make it worse, today they announced: "If she survives, we will shoot her again, and kill her."

Taliban Shoots Malana, a school girl in the head

The Taliban wants control by force, death if necessary. If they reflect Islam, then something is terribly evil. Most of the world believes in peaceful and love based society. The Taliban would cover the head, even the face of some women. It would ban music that it's Clerics don't like, ban television, ban movies, ban the internet, ban cell phones, ban anything that keeps these religious fanatics from controlling their people. 95% of Islamic people do not agree with Taliban fanaticism.

But, is it about religion? As Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin wrote and taught, "The mixture of intolerant religion politics takes away freedom of the people." Their conclusion was correct, the mixing of religion and politics is well illustrated by the Taliban and this killing.

This exceptionally brave girl went directly to the point. "The Koran doesn't say that I cannot go to school because I am a girl. It doesn't say I must be held back because I am a girl." She took away their religious argument...placed it where it is, petty thugary to achieve power and political control, like all petty thugs. Let's see now if her nation, her people, have the courage, the will, to evict the thugs from Pakistan. The people of Libya are doing it. Will Pakistan?

Malala, as a young child is smart enough to see that her people will never have a chance unless they break this cycle of extremism, seeking political power and control, in the name of religion, and doing so by force, fear and violence. That is why it is called terrorism. Malala, fighting for her life, is a hero to all who believe in enlightenment, freedom and love.

No doubt those who paid to fly her to England believe in charity and compassion. The world will circle around her and protect her. We challenge the world now to say to all terrorists...enough! You have evolved into criminal thugs and have no place in civilized society. The Malana's of this world are our chosen future...you of the Taliban are the dark past.
