Lose 30 pounds, Help the Economy

50% of adults and 16% of children in the USA are obese. The Centers for Disease Control reports that obesity medical expenses cost Americans over $92,000,000,000 (BILLION) per year. Obesity causes direct costs to US businesses $13 Billion dollars per year, and indirects costs are so broad that they are difficult to quantify. It is the largest single expense to our economy.

The reason I am interested is because now that I am beyond middle age, my doctor told me "You are Obese". It was a shock to me! My story is on this video, but it is a story that we all can identify with. I am doing my part to communicate and educate the public, without charging them a fortune.
