Book makes excellent stocking stuffer gift

George W.Bush and Ben B.Boothe A few years ago, I was asked to host a breakfast at the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth. George W. Bush was the guest of honor, so I visited with him, and then introduced him.

I said: "Welcome to Fort Worth, even though the Bush administration (Bush Sr) just closed Carswell AFB." He stood up and smiled and said: "Oh that wasn't Dad, it was a member of the congress responsible. We can't control him. His name is Dick Cheney."
