PUTIN'S KLEPTOCRACY Civilian Children Tied UP and Executed in Bucha...others disappear!

KLEPTOCRACY, a word derived from the Greek "kl'eptes", or "klepto" "to steal"  and the second portion "kratos "corrupt power, rule"   Kleptocracy, "To steal through corrupt power and rule"...is a word to learn well.

The people of Ukraine are feeling the reality of Kleptocracy, which uses political power to appropriate the wealth of the people and land by embezzling misappropriating, government funds at the expense of the wider population. Thievocracy, "to rule by theft (often violent) often is used synonymously to kleptocracy.  Young soldiers, underpaid, underfed, and poorly informed, from Russia have been pressed into this most savage of "work", and it brings a new darkness to bear on Russia, and Putin's leadership.

Now look at the photos, of the Ukrainian town of Bucha.  Russian tanks and soldiers raided the town, kill and rape women, terrorize and murder children, tied up and kill elderly, after they robbed and burned homes, then killed and dumped them in mass graves.  These are simple people, many laboring class, some farming folk, just simple people.

This is what Putin's "brave young soldiers" are doing daily...photos and witnesses courtesy of the Washington Post, from on site.

This poor man left dead in the mud, thought attached to mine...The Russians left some of the bodies "unburied" but wired with mines to explode if any relatives dared come to bury them.   Mass graves rapidly dug, necessary to hide all of the children and families who were robbed, raped and then murdered by Putin's soldiers.  The mayor Anatoly Fedoruk told the Washington POST THAT 270 residents were buried in just two mass graves. Others just left dead on the streets.

In a nation ruled by a Kleptocracy, (Putin's Russia)  corrupt politicians enrich themselves secretly outside of the law, sometimes with kickbacks, bribes and favors, or they simply direct state funds to themselves and their friends.

Also kleptocrats often send money to foreign nations, or places to "hide their money" in anticipation of being discovered, or of losing power.  Kleptocracies are most prevalent where external oversight is ignored.  Kleptocratic officials often control both the supply of public funds, and the means of disbursal for those funds.

In the case of the town of Bucha, and other towns of Ukraine "Raubwirtschaft" (German for 'plunder or rapine economy')  when the entire economy of a state is based on robbery, looting, and plundering conquered territories.   Arnold Toynbee claimed the Roman Empire was a "Raubwirtschaft".  Kleptocrats launder their money to obscure corrupt origins of wealth, and hide it around the world.  Since 2011 more than $1trillion has left developing countries annually in illicit financial outlays.

Thus far, some economic observers think that Putin's personal wealth is over  $150 Billion.  How, with a meager salary and a small apartment.  Something stinks...we think it Putin.   Furthermore some believe that Russians foreign reserves have dropped over $250 billion just in executing the failing war with Ukraine.

So if one adds $150 billion + $250 billion, Putin has cost Russia, or the Russian people $400 billion, just in the last two months.   Pretty expensive man to keep on board, especially when

1. He has enraged the entire world of civilized nations against Russia

2. Seen hundreds, perhaps thousands of international companies, boycott or leave Russia

3. Caused the Russian economy and banking system into instability

4. Has had to arrest thousands of Russian people for demonstrating and opposing his warlike actions.

QUESTION FOR YOU:  How much more of "Putin" can the nation of Russia afford, or will the Russian people be willing to tolerate.    It might be less expensive just to send him away, with a billion $ and give Russia and the Russian people a chance to try to recover and rebuild a "POST PUTIN RUSSIA".   War crimes?  Yes no doubt, but why go to the time and effort, just send him away and ask him not to return.

No amount of money can ease the pain that Ukrainians have suffered, entire cities attacked, thousands of people killed, or in greater insult, had bodies of their loved ones dead with mines attached to their bodies, to further

create terror and horror.   And it is impossible to consider what nation is "next" on Putin's attack list.    Better business just to send him away with a "Never Return" message on his back.

How many people, how many nations, how many wives, children and husbands will suffer because of Putin's Kleptocracy?
